Drury Plaza Hotel St. Paul Downtown

Honestly, we've stayed at many hotels in the U.S. and abroad. We're from KC. This...might be the best hotel we've stayed in, and I mean it. The lobby is exceptional, the room was spotless, the staff went above and beyond as if it was second nature. The pool was clean, the elevators worked well. When you stay somewhere as a family, the best things are in the small stuff, the mundane details, and you guys do that better than anywhere else I can recall. Seriously! Thank you. We had stayed at another hotel 30 minutes northeast for one night, and it was atrocious. In between searching images of what a bed bug looks like and politely asking a drunk bride to relocate her shouting festival at 2:15am, we looked up other hotels, found the Drury Plaza Downtown St. Paul, and rolled the dice. I am so glad we did. We fell in love with St. Paul on this trip, and we'll be staying at this Drury many times in the coming years. The location couldn't be more convenient. Don't change anything. You earned loyal customers these last 4 days. Heck, I even wondered if you guys do timeshares! This also reminds me, I need to sign up with your loyalty program. Drury will be my go-to from here on out, based on this experience.

Its a great location, most of the staff was nice and social mainly housekeepers, definitely gave great amenities for the price we pay love the setup of separating the bedroom from common area in the room allows more privacy, housekeepers are great, love the security of the building so us and our children feel safe

Loved the 5:30-7 buffet and free drink offers, the breakfast, clean pool, clean room, that housekeeping cleaned the room even though we were there, hotel appearance and cleanliness, that doors were secure, staff were mostly accommodating

Drury hotels are amazing for families - the included breakfast and dinnertime are such a great value (and very tasty!). The suite option let us keep our kiddos in a separate dark room for their naps and early bedtimes, while adults could still hang out in the bedroom area.

The convenience of the location, on site parking, the complimentary snacks and drinks,the cleanliness of the hotel and above all the comfortability of my bed made for a great stay.
